Hara Payaj Raita
Yogurt mix created with Spring Onions, Cilantro and Green Chillies

Ingredients
2 Cups | Yogurt |
3 | Finely chopped spring onions |
2 Tablespoon | Coriander Powder |
1 Teaspoon | Black Pepper |
0.5 Cups | Water |
| Salt to Taste |
Method
In a bowl Mix yoghurt with water and beat it.
Now add Onions, coriander leaves to the yoghurt.
Sprinkle salt and pepper and serve it.
