Colorful Omelette
Omelette with Red, Green Bell Pepper, Tomato and Coriander

Ingredients
4 | Eggs |
1 | Finely chopped spring onion |
0.25 Medium | Finely chopped Tomato |
0.25 Medium | Finely Chopped Red Bell Pepper |
0.25 Medium | Finely Chopped Green Bell Pepper |
1 Tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
1 Tablespoon | Green Coriander |
1 | Finely Chopped Green Chillies |
1 Tablespoon | Oil or Butter |
1 Tablespoon | Milk |
| Salt to Taste |
Method
Break Eggs in a bowl and whisk it and add rest of the ingredients and mix it well.
In a pan heat oil or butter and spread the mixture and spread it around.
Cook it on low flame when one side is done turn it over and turn off the flame.
Cook it for 1 minute and serve it with bread
