Zucchini Raita
Healthy Yogurt mix with shredded Zucchini
Serving 4-6 persons

Ingredients
1 Medium | Zucchini |
2 Tablespoon | Finely Chopped Onion |
2 Cups | Yogurt |
2 Tablespoons | Finely Chopped Green Coriander |
1 Tablespoon | Green Chilli Finely Chopped |
1 Teaspoon | Garam Masala |
Method
In a bowl mix yogurt with 1 cup of water. Mix it smooth.
Now add zucchini, coriander leaves, green chillies and mix it well. Top it with garam masala and serve it with any curry or vegetable.
