Tofu Chilli
Tofu and Bell Pepper with spicy curry
Serving 4-6 persons

Ingredients
1 Pound | Bell Pepper |
1.5 Cup | Extra Firm Toffu Diced in Cubes |
1 Medium | Onion Cut length Wise |
2 Tablespoon | Tomato Paste |
1 Medium | Diced Fresh Tomato |
2 | Finely Chopped Green Chillies |
1 Teaspoon | Ginger Paste |
1 Teaspoon | Garlic Paste |
1 Tablespoon | Hot Sauce |
1 Teaspoon | Soya Sauce |
1 Tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
0.5 Cup | Oil |
Dry Spices
1 Teaspoon | Cumin Powder |
1 Teaspoon | Coriander Powder |
1 Teaspoon | Red Chili Powder |
| Salt To Taste |
1 Teaspoon | Sugar/ Jaggery |
Method
Wash and cut bell pepper in cubes.
In an large skillet heat oil. Add Onions to it and fry them till they tender now add ginger garlic and green chillies to it .
Add salt, cumin powder, chilli powder and coriander powder to it fry it for 1 minute now add tomato paste.
Fry it for 1 minute and add bell pepper add little water cover it and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
Stir it occasionally. Now add diced fresh tomatoes to it. Mix them add hot sauce, soya sauce, lemon juice and sugar to it mix it well.
Add tofu to it mix it well so tofu get coated well with the spices cook it for another 1 minute and remove it from the flame.
Serve it hot with fried rice.
