Stuffed Green Chilli Pickle
Easy to make pickle. Very tasty and goes well with every dish.

Ingredients1 Cup | Coarsely Crushed Fennel | 2 Tablespoons | Ajwain Crushed | 0.5 Cup | Mustard Seeds (Rai) in powdered form | 2 Tablespoons | Turmeric Powder (Haldi) | 3 Tablespoons | Mango Powder | 1 Teaspoon | Hing Powder (Asafetida) | 4 Tablespoons | Garam Masala | | Salt to Taste | 2 Tablespoons | Lemon Juice | 4 Tablespoons | Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | Sugar | 2 Pounds | Green Chillies of your choice | 1.5 Cup | Mustard Oil |
IngredientsIn a bowl add fennel powder, mustard powder, Garam masala, Salt, Sugar, Lemon juice, vinegar, mango powder, Turmeric and ajwain. Use any kind of chilli. Wash and dry green chillies over night. Remove tails from the chillies. Make a cut in the centre of chilli length wise. Remove the seeds. Fill the chillies with the filling. Heat a large frying pan. Add Oil to the pan When oil heats up add hing in to it. After one minute add all the chillies in it. Cook for 5 minutes keep turning the chillies up side down. Now turn off the gas. Let the chillies cool down. Put in a air tight jar. This pickle is ready to eat.
