Sattu Parantha

Ingredients for filling1 Cup | Sattu (Roasted Brown Chick Pea Coarsely Grounded with husk) | 1 Medium | Grated onion | 1 Tablespoon | Garlic Paste | 1 Tablespoon | Chili Paste | 2 Tablespoons | Finely Chopped Green Coriander | 2 Teaspoons | Lemon Juice | 1 Tablespoon | Garam Masala | 1 Teaspoon | Coriander Powder | 1 Teaspoon | Ajwain | | Salt to Taste |
MethodIn a large vessel take flour, salt and kneed the dough. The dough should be little softer then the chapatti dough but not too soft that difficult to roll it. In a bowl take sattu add salt, lemon juice, ginger, green chilli, onion , coriander powder, and garam masala. Heat Tava / griddle on the one hand and other make ping pong size balls from the dough. Roll the ball to 4 inches and put a spoon full of the mixture in the centre and close it carefully. Roll it to 7-8 inches and cook it from the both sides and rub oil on the both sides and fry it for another minute from both sides. Make other paranthas following the same steps. Serve the paranthas with yogurt, butter and pickle.
