Pineapple Raita
Healthy Yogurt mix with pineapple
Serving 4-6 persons
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
2 Cup | Yogurt |
1 Cup | Water |
1 Cup | Pineapple Chunks |
1 Teaspoon | salt |
1 Teaspoon | Black Pepper |
2 Tablespoon | Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves |
Method
In a bowl add water and yogurt and mix them smooth. There should be not lumps in the yogurt.
Add salt to it and mix it then add pineapple chunks and Coriander leaves to it.
Sprinkle it with black pepper and serve it with any curry or vegetable or pilaf.
