Mungfali Ki Chutney
Spicy Chutney made from Peanuts

Ingredients
1 Cup | Skin less Peanuts |
6 | Cury Leaves |
1 Tablespoon | Mustard Seeds |
2 | Green Chillies |
2 Tablespoons | Coriander Leaves |
1 Tablespoon | Oil |
| Salt To Taste |
Method
Roast peanuts in a pan without any oil . Roast them light golden at medium flame.
In a Blender grind peanuts, green chillies, curry and coriander leaves with 1 cup of water. You may have to add more water as peanuts gets thicker as it grinds and make grinder difficult to operate.
In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds and fry it. When mustard seeds starts crackling add grounded peanut paste to it add salt and mix it well .
Cook it for 1-2 minutes at low flame.
Cool It down and serve it with your choice of any idli, dosa or any other dish of your choice.
