Namkeen Sabudana
Salty and Spicy Pearl Tapioca snack

Ingredients
1 Cup | Sabudana (Sago) |
0.25 Cup | Peanuts |
10 | Cashew Nuts |
0.25 Cup | Raisins |
1 Medium | Finely Chopped Onion |
2 | Finely Chopped Green Chillies |
6 | Kari Patta leaves |
1 Teaspoon | Mustard Seeds (Rai) |
1 Teaspoon | Sesame Seeds |
1 Tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
1 Teaspoon | Turmeric Powder (Haldi) |
0.25 Cup | Cooking Oil |
1 Teaspoon | Sugar |
| Salt to Taste |
Method
Wash Sabudana and Soak it in a bowl in 1and 1/2 cup of water for 2-3 hours . You can also soak it overnight if you want to make it for breakfast.
In a pan heat the oil and add mustard seeds and sesame seeds when they start crackling add pea nuts and cashew nuts and cook them at low heat. When they turn light brown add onions, raisins and Kari Patta and fry them.
Now add green chili, salt, turmeric powder salt sugar and lemon juice and mix it well and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
Now add Sabudana and mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame and keep stirring so it don't catch the bottom of the pan.
Now put it in a serving dish and garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve it.
