Moong Dal Halva
Dense, sweet dessert made from moong bean paste

Ingredients
1 Cup | Mung Dholli (Yellow) |
1 Cup | Hot Milk |
0.5 Cup | Condense Sweet Milk or |
0.5 Cup | Khoya |
0.5 Cup | Sugar |
1 Cup | Butter or Clarified Butter |
0.5 Cup | Chopped Almonds and Cashews |
2 Tablespoons | Shredded Coconut |
Method
Sock Mung Dal for 2 hours and grind it in an grinder.
In an large skillet heat oil and add grind dal in to it and roast it for 20 minutes. Add Chopped almonds and cashews in to it.
Dal will slightly change its color , will give nice fragrance and will separates from the oil. If none of this happens roast it for another 5-7 minutes.
Now add milk and sugar in to it and then add condense milk. Cook it for another 5-7 minutes and remove it from the flame.
Sprinkle some shredded coconut over it and serve it hot.
