Mix Vegetable Pakora
Fried mixed vegetable fritter in Gram flour
Serving 2-3 persons

Ingredients
1 Medium | Boiled and Mashed Potato |
1 Medium | Finely Chopped Onion |
0.5 Cup | Grated Cauliflower |
0.5 Cup | Boiled Green Peas |
0.5 Cup | Shredded Carrot |
1 Tablespoon | Ginger Paste |
0.5 Tablespoon | Garlic Paste |
2 | Finely Chopped Green Chillies |
1 Teaspoon | Coriander Powder |
1 Teaspoon | Garam Masala |
1 Tablespoon | Finely Chopped Coriander leaves |
1 Teaspoon | Mango Powder (Optional) |
1 Tablespoon | Cooking Oil |
| Salt to Taste |
Batter
1.5 Cup | Besan (Gram Flour) |
1 Teaspoon | Red Chili Powder |
1 Teaspoon | Kasoori Methi (optional) |
2 Cups | Oil to fry the pakoras |

Method
In a Frying pan heat 1 table spoon of oil and add onions and cook them for 1 minute now add rest of the ingredients from table one and cook them for 5 minutes. Remove them from the flame and let the mixture cool down to handle.
Now in a bowl add besan, red chili, kasoori methi salt and make batter with water. Make sure that the batter is not too runny or too thick.
Now Heat a oil in an frying pan. Drop a little of batter if it comes up right away that means oil is perfect.
Now make small balls from the mix veg mixture and dip it in the besan batter and drop them in to the frying pan in batches do not over crowd the frying pan.
Fry them on medium high flame.
When they are all done serve them with imly (Tamarind) ki chutney and puddiney (Mint) ki chutney.
