Missi Roti
			Pan baked Indian bread made with a mixture of Wheat flour and Gram flour with spices
			Serving 4-6 persons
			Preparation Time: 10 minutes
			Cooking Time: 25 minutes
			
 
Ingredients
| 1.5 Cups | Wheat Flour | 
| 1.5 Cups | Besan /Gram Flour | 
| 1 Tablespoon | Finely Chopped Green Coriander leaves | 
| 2 Tablespoon | Kassori Methi or Fresh Methi | 
| 1 Teaspoon | Coriander Powder | 
| 1 Teaspoon | Cumin Seeds | 
| 1 Teaspoon | Haldi Powder | 
| 1 Teaspoon | Carom Seeds/ Ajwain | 
| 2 Tablespoons | Cooking Oil | 
| 2 Tablespoon | Butter | 
| 1 Gram | Salt | 
 
Method
- In a large vessel mix flours and all the other ingredients except butter and kneed it with water. 
- Make equal size of balls from the dough depending upon the size you want to make the chapatti. 
- Heat Tava or griddle and cook rori on it. When one side is done turn over to other side. 
- You can use a kitchen towel  or spatula to press the chapatti on the tava so it cooks from all the sides. 
- Rub Butter over the one side of chapatti and serve it hot with any curry or vegetable you like.
