| Warm Water to knead the dough |
Method
Take flour in a pan to make a dough. Add carom seeds, 2 table spoon of oil and salt methi, green coriander and green chili to it. Now kneed it by adding water to it.
You can also use frozen methi .You can also grind, green chilies and coriander leaves and ginger in a grinder and kneed it with dough.
Dough should be little firmer then we make for regular chapatti.
On the other hand heat the oil in a frying pan.
Make small balls out of the dough and roll them one by one rubbing a little oil to the balls and keeping them aside.
Test the oil if its hot enough by dropping a tiny ball to the oil if it comes to the top right away that means oil is done.
And serve it with any thing you like.
