Methi Walli Mathri
Fried Salty flaky biscuit made with wheat flour and Fenugreek

Ingredients
2 Cups | All Purpose Flour/Wheat Flour |
1 Cup | Dried Fenugreek/ Sukhi Methi |
1 Teaspoon | Baking Powder |
1 Teaspoon | Carom Seeds/ Ajwain |
2 Tablespoons | Oil |
| Salt to Taste |
2 Cups | Oil For Deep Frying |
Method
In an pan take flour mix fenugreek leaves in to it. Add Salt , Carom seeds and baking powder and mix it well. Now add 2 tablespoon oil and kneed it with water.
Do not add too much water dough should be on the harder side.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Make small size balls from the dough and press it between the pals of your hands.
Deep fry them on medium flame. Fry them in batches.
Serve them with tea or cofee.
