Matar Raita
A mix of green fresh peas and yogurt. A sprinkle of garam masala adds flavor to it.

Ingredients
2 Cups | Yogurt |
1 Cup | Water |
0.5 Cup | Green Peas |
1 Tablespoon | Finely Chopped Green Coriander leaves |
1 Tablespoon | Finely Chopped Green Chillies |
1 Teaspoon | Garam Masala |
1 Teaspoon | Salt |
1 Teaspoon | Garam Masala |
Method
In a Pan take water and 1 tea spoon of salt and add green peas to it. Now boil them for 10 minutes. Drain them on paper towel and keep them aside to cool down.
In a bowl add water and yogurt and mix them smooth.
Now Mash the green peas in a another bowl.
Now Mix mashed green peas , green coriander leaves, and green chillies to the yogurt and mix it well.
Sprinkle it with garam masala and serve it with curry or dry vegetable of your choice.
