Masala Chai
Indian Tea with Spices

Ingredients
3 Cups | Water |
2 Teaspoons | Tea Leaves |
2 | Pods of Green Cardamom |
1 | Crushes Black cardamom |
2 | Crushes Cloves |
1 Pinch | Cinnamon Powder |
1.5 Cup | Milk (Low Fat or Full Fat) |
| Sugar to Taste |
Method
Heat water in a pan add crushed green cardamom, black cardamom, Cloves and Cinnamon Powder. Boil it for 1-2 minutes
Add tea leaves and sugar let the tealeaves boil for a minute or so and add milk to it.
Boil it and pour it in cups serve it hot.
