Laccha Parantha
Pan baked Indian bread made in concentric layers

Ingredients
3 Cups | Wheat Flour |
2 Tablespoons | Oil |
1 Tablespoon | Salt |
0.5 Cup | Oil for Frying Paranthas |
Method
In a large vessel Take Flour mix it with oil and salt and kneed it with water.
Heat tava or griddle at medium high flame then turn it down to medium.
Make equal size of balls from the dough preferably ping pong size.
Take one ball and roll it flat up to 7-8 inches. Rub oil over it and then roll it like an pipe or cylinder.
Now Roll it along the axis like a double bubble bubble gum roll. Now Flat it with your hands dust it with flour and roll it back to 7-8 inches.
Now cook these paranthas from the both sides. Rub oil on both sides and fry them.
Serve them hot with yogurt, butter and picles.
