Khasta Roti
Fresh pan baked Indian Bread with spices

Ingredients
3 Cups | Wheat Flour |
0.5 Cup | Oil |
1 Teaspoon | Cumin Seeds |
1 Teaspoon | Carom Seeds/ Ajwain |
1 Tablespoon | Finely Chopped Green Coriander leaves |
1 Teaspoon | Salt |
1 Tablespoon | Butter |
Method
In a large vessel add flour, salt, cumin seeds, carom seeds, Coriander leaves.
Now add oil to this flour in small quantity and start kneading it. Then knead it with water.
Make equal size of small balls from the dough. Heat an tava or griddle.
Cook roti on tava from both sides by turning it over. Use spatula or kitchen towel to press it. So it cooks well. Make all the roties in same way.
Now rub butter on one side of roti and serve it hot with any curry or vegetable.
