Kalley Chaney Masala
Spice Brown Chick Pea

|2 Cups||Boiled Kalley Channey (Brown Chick Pea)|
|2 Teaspoon||Ginger Paste|
|2 ||Chopped Green Chillies|
|0.5 Cup||Cooking Oil|
|1 Teaspoon||Cumin Seeds|
|1 Teaspoon||Garam Masala|
|1 Teaspoon||Turmeric Powder|
|2 Pinches||Hing Powder (Asafetida)|
| ||Salt to Taste|
|2 Tablespoons||Finely Chopped Coriander leaves|
In a large skillet heat the oil. Add hing and then add cumin seeds when they start crackling add add ginger and chopped green chilies and cook it for another 1 minute.
Now add all the dry masalas one by one and cook for 1 minute . Cook masala for 1 minutes at low flame. Then add 1 table spoon of of water.
Now add Kalley Chaney and cook it for 5 minutes and stirring it in between at medium flame.
Remove it from the flame and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with puri or prantha.
