Broccoli Salad
Healthy full of vegetables easy to make salad
Serving 2-4 persons
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
1 Cup | Lettuce |
1 Small | Finely chopped Tomato |
0.25 Cup | Cucumber |
0.5 Cup | Finely Chopped Broccoli |
3 Tablespoon | Yogurt |
1 Tablespoon | Green Coriander |
1 | Finely chopped spring onion |
1 Teaspoon | Black Pepper |
| Salt to Taste |
Method
In a bowl Mix all the ingredients except salt and black pepper.
Now add salt and mix it well . Put it in a serving dish and sprinkle black pepper and serve it.
