Broccoli Parantha
Delicious pan baked Indian bread stuffed with Broccoli

Ingredients For Dough
3 Cups | Wheat Flour ( Whole or regular) |
1 Teaspoon | Salt |
| Water to kneed the Dough |
Ingredients for Filling
2 Cups | Shredded Broccoli |
2 Tablespoons | Finely Chopped Green Chillies |
1 Medium | Finely Chopped Onion |
2 Tablespoons | Finely Chopped Green Coriander leaves |
1 Tablespoon | Garam Masala |
1 Tablespoon | Mango Powder or Pomegranate Powder |
1 Teaspoon | Coriander Powder |
| Salt To Taste |
0.5 Cup | Cooking Oil To Fry Parantha |
Method
Wash Broccoli few hours before you want to make the parantha. If you are making for breakfast wash it a night before so there is no moisture in it when you shred it.
Shred broccoli and mix al the ingredients for filling except oil to it.
Mix flour with salt and kneed it with water. Make medium size of dough balls to make paranthas.
Heat tava/ griddle on medium flame. Now take one ball roll it with the help of rolling pin to 3-4 inches round and fill it with sufficient amount of broccoli mixture. Now close it like an pouch pulling all the sides of the rolled dough. Close it nicely and now press it in between palms of your hands dust it with dry flour and roll it to 7-8 inches flat.
Now place it on the tava and cook it from both sides the rub some oil on both sides and fry it. Make all the other paranthas following the same steps.
Serve them hot with butter and or yogurt.
