Pan baked Indian Bread with stuffed potatoes This Parantha is a very famous and easy to make Indian stuffed Bread. Served hot with yogurt and butter and very irresistible.

Ingredients4 Large | Boiled and Mashed Potatoes | 1 Medium | Finely Chopped Onion | 2 Tablespoons | Finely Chopped Coriander leaves | 1 Tablespoon | Finely Chopped Green Chillies | 1 Teaspoon | Garam Masala | 1 Teaspoon | Coriander Powder | 1 Tablespoon | Mango Powder or Pomegranate Powder | 1 Teaspoon | Carom Seeds | 0.5 Cup | Oil for Frying Paranthas | | Salt To Taste |
Ingredients For Dough3 Cups | Wheat Flour ( Whole or regular) | 1 Teaspoon | Salt |
MethodAdd 1 Tea Soon of salt in flour and kneed it with adding enough water. Dough should not be too firm or too soft Now in a pan add mashed potatoes, carom seeds, finely chopped coriander, onions, Kassori Methi, anardana powder, garam masala, coriander masala, salt to taste and mix it well. Now make medium size of balls from the dough. Roll with a rolling pin a little , stuff it with potato mixture close it into an ball again and roll it. Now heat an griddle or tava at medium flame and cook prantha applying a little of oil on both sides of the Prantha. Make rest of the paranthas following the same steps. Serve it hot with yogurt, butter and pickles.
