Round gram flour dumpling with gravy stuffed with Potatoes and Peas

Ingredients for Dumpling
4 Large
Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
0.5 Cup
Gram Flour/Besan
1 Cup
Boiled and Mashed Green Peas
2 Teaspoons
Garlic Paste
2 Teaspoons
Ginger Paste
2 Teaspoons
Green Chilli
2 Cups
Oil for frying Dumpling
2 Tablespoons
Finely Chopped Green Coriander
1 Teaspoon
Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder
Salt to Taste
Ingredients for Curry

Finely Chopped Onions
2 Large
Finely Diced Tomatoes
1 Teaspoon
Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder

Pinches of Hing/ Asafetida
Salt to Taste

Oil
For Garnishing
2 Tablespoon
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
Method to Make Dumplings
In a Mixing bowl add mashed Potatoes and pees. Now add rest of the ingredients except Gram Flour.
Make small Balls and set them aside. Now In a flat plate take the gram flour. Dust the balls with Gram Flour Nicely.
Now in a frying pan take 2 cups of oil and heat it up. When oil is hot enough fry dumplings with care so they do not break.
Fry all the dumplings and set them aside.
Method to Make Curry
In a large skillet heat half cup of oil and add hing to the oil and add cumin seeds. when cumin seeds starts turning brown add onion and fry them till they turn golden brown. Then add ginger, garlic, green chili paste. Cook it for 1 minute.
Now add all the dry spices and 1 table spoon of water and cook it for another 1 minute. Then add tomato paste and cook it till masala leaves the oil. Now add 4 cups of water and boil it.
Then simmer the flame to medium and cook the curry for 10 minutes. You can adjust the thickness of curry by adding more or less water.
Just Before serving it heat the curry and add dumplings and stop cooking it. Other wise the dumpling will break as potato dumplings are quite soft.
Garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve it with rice and Raita
