Fried Indian bread snack with spicy potato filling

Ingredients For Dough
3 Cups | Wheat Flour |
1 Teaspoon | Salt |
2 Tablespoons | Oil |
1 Tablespoon | Carom Seeds |
3 Cups | Cooking Oil |
Ingredients for Filling
6 Large | Boiled Potatoes |
0.5 Cup | Finely Chopped Coriander leaves |
1 Tablespoon | Garam Masala |
1 Tablespoon | Coriander Powder |
1.5 Tablespoons | Ginger Paste |
1 Teaspoon | Red Chilli Powder |
2 Tablespoons | Finely Chopped Green Chillies |
1 Tablespoon | Mango Powder or Pomegranate Powder |
1 Medium | Finely Chopped Onion (Optional) |

Method
In a large vessel mix flour, salt, 2 table spoons of oil, carom seeds and kneed it with water and keep it aside.
In a bowl mash potatoes and mix rest of the dry spices. Mix them well so there is no lumps from the potatoes.
Heat Oil in the frying pan for deep frying the kachories.
Make equal size of balls from the dough , balls should be little bigger then the ping pong balls.
Take one ball rub a little oil on the slab you will be rolling it and roll it round to 4 inches. Now fill 1 and half table spoon of filling and close it carefully so each and every corner should be close just like MOMO.
Now press it with the palms of your hands rub little bit of oil once more and roll it to 6 inches.
Now Deep fry it. Make all the kachori in the same way and serve them hot with yogurt and pickle.
