Spicy Mango Chutney

Ingredients2 Pound | Large size Mango | 0.5 Cup | Salt | 1 Cups | Sugar/ Jaggery | 4 Tablespoons | Vinegar | 10 | Cloves | 5 | Cinnamon Sticks broken in Pieces | 4 | Crushes Black Cardamom | 3 Tablespoons | Fenugreek Seeds/ Methi Dana | 2 Tablespoons | Onion Seeds/ Kalounji | 2 Grams | Carom Seeds/ Ajwain | 4 Tablespoons | Mustard Oil | 2 Tablespoons | Fennel Seeds | 2 Tablespoons | Chilli Powder |
MethodWash and dry mangoes. Now grate them in a grater. In a large skillet heat oil. Add hing, cloves, cinnamon sticks, Cardamom fry them for 1 minute then add Fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds, chilli powder carom seeds and vinegar to it. Now add grated mangoes sugar and salt. Cook it for 10 minutes at medium flame. Store it in a dry and air tight jar. This chutney is ready to be served with your choice of any dish.
