General Description:
Sesame is the seed of a flowering plant. Often found in white, brown, black and beige colors. In India Sesame seeds are used in sesame Snaps (Till Patti or Till ki Gajak), Sesame seeds sweet balls ( Till ki pinni or Laddo). In Gujarati Cuisine it is used in sweet as well as savory dishes.
Sesame oil is used for message and health care treatment. It reduces blood cholesterol and its oil is highest antioxidant content in nature. |
