General Description:
Ginger can be used both fresh and dried form. Fresh ginger is used in curries, pickles , sauces, chutney, and vegetables. Dried ginger is used in Tea masala.
It is helpful in stomach disorders, it helps in digestion and prevent gas troubles. Ginger tea is helpful for the relief of sore throat.
