General Description:
Cumin seeds are brown and black in color. Cumin seeds are used as whole or in powdered from. It is used in Garam Masala. For its distinctive flavor and aroma it is used in almost every dal and curry in north India.
It is used as a remedy for cold also. For cold 1 tablespoon of zeera is boiled in an cup of water and can be taken twice a day and if you have sore throat an piece of ginger is added to it which relives the sore throat. |
