General Description:
It is an bark of a tree. Cinnamon has sweet scent and sticks are long and tightly rolled. It is used in pickles and various spice blends. Used in desserts, pilafs and biryani. It is also used in Chai Masala. It helps in digestion.
Cassia is another kind of cinnamon which is flatter, thick and small comes from cassia tree.
