Hara Payaj Raita
Yogurt mix created with Spring Onions, Cilantro and Green Chillies
Serving 4-6 persons
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
|3 ||Finely chopped spring onions|
|2 Tablespoon||Coriander Powder|
|1 Teaspoon||Black Pepper|
| ||Salt to Taste|
In a bowl Mix yoghurt with water and beat it.
Now add Onions, coriander leaves to the yoghurt.
Sprinkle salt and pepper and serve it.
