Hara Payaj Raita

Yogurt mix created with Spring Onions, Cilantro and Green Chillies

Serving 4-6 persons

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

2 CupsYogurt
3 Finely chopped spring onions
2 TablespoonCoriander Powder
1 TeaspoonBlack Pepper
0.5 CupsWater
Salt to Taste

 

Method

  1. In a bowl Mix yoghurt with water and beat it.

  2. Now add Onions, coriander leaves to the yoghurt.

  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper and serve it.
