Colorful Omelette

Omelette with Red, Green Bell Pepper, Tomato and Coriander

Ingredients

4 Eggs
1 Finely chopped spring onion
0.25 MediumFinely chopped Tomato
0.25 MediumFinely Chopped Red Bell Pepper
0.25 MediumFinely Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1 TablespoonLemon Juice
1 TablespoonGreen Coriander
1 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
1 TablespoonOil or Butter
1 TablespoonMilk
Salt to Taste

 

Method

  1. Break Eggs in a bowl and whisk it and add rest of the ingredients and mix it well.

  2. In a pan heat oil or butter and spread the mixture and spread it around.

  3. Cook it on low flame when one side is done turn it over and turn off the flame.

  4. Cook it for 1 minute and serve it with bread
