Salted Porridge made with cracked wheat

|1 Cup||Regular Porridge|
|1 Small||Finely Chopped Onion (optional)|
|1 Small||Finely chopped Tomato|
|0.5 Cup||Finely Chopped Coriander leaves|
|1 Teaspoon||Coriander Powder|
|1 Tablespoon||Lemon Juice|
|0.25 Cup||Cooking Oil|
| ||Mustard Seeds (Rai)|
| ||Sesame Seeds (Optional)|
|7 ||Kari Patta (optional)|
| ||Salt to Taste|
There are two methods to cook this recipes in first soak the porridge in same amount of water for 30-45 minutes.
In second boil the porridge in a pan with 2 cups of water for 10 minutes or till it get tender.
In a pan heat the oil and add mustard seeds and sesame seeds when they start crackling add onion and karri Patta and fry till onions turn golden brown now add tomato and green chili and heat it for another 1-2 minutes.
Now add Coriander powder, lemon juice and salt cook it for another 1 minute and add porridge mix it well and cook it well for another 1-2 minute. Garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve. It can be served with any type of chutney or sauce
